Good afternoon Brothers -

The undergraduate chapter and specifically our new Chapter President Neel Arora has asked me to forward this to our Eta Lambda Alumni and ask you all to consider supporting their annual Spring Reunion event (relaunched, and much like the Spring Alumni Banquets of yesteryears when both Alumni and Parents attended), which will again be featured this year around the big Spring Football game in Blacksburg on April 22nd and 23rd.

Frank Overbey and I have communicated about this, and he feels that Alumni can support either his DOKs event on April 8th in Appomattox, or this reunion event in Blacksburg on April 22nd/23rd, or BOTH. Some Alums may only be able to make one or the other.

As an Adviser to these Undergrads for the past 2 1/2 years, I can tell you that they're some of the sharpest guys that we've ever seen associated with our Theta Chi chapter at Virginia Tech (except for maybe some of US sharpies, back in the day!), and they want and deserve our support, just as some of us had brothers that went before us who guided and helped us.

I apologize if some of you are on Frank's separate list and receive this twice. Part of the ongoing project for these undergrads is to continue to populate a fairly lean list of Alumni brothers from the 80's, 90's and 2000's. They're working on it! Meanwhile we would ask you to share this OX Tales with any and all brothers whom you stay in touch with. The Helping Hand lives!
