More testing required to access Google Play production
Guys, I got rejected by Google, and they reset my count to another 14 days. They said the testers were not engaged enough with the app

More testing required to access Google Play production

We reviewed your application and determined that your app requires more testing before you can access production.

Possible reasons why your production access could not be granted include:

  • Testers were not engaged with your app during your closed test
  • You didn't follow testing best practices, which may include gathering and acting on user feedback through updates to your app

Before applying again, test your app using closed testing for an additional 14 days with real testers.

I would love that you could just send feedback so I will have it later when I send the approval again

 1. Become a tester:

  https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.erangross.homeproof

  2. Install HomeProof:

  https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.erangross.homeproof

  3. Remain opted in for at least 14 consecutive days.

Yes, Eric,c try again n. After you register, it takes 20 to 30 minutes for the app to show up in the Play Store for beta testing

Use the code I have sent you to open the app without a subscription.

1. Join the testers group (this is what unlocks the test): https://groups.google.com/g/homeproof-closed-testers — click Join group.

  2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.erangross.homeproof

  3. Install the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.erangross.homeproof

  4. Stay opted in for the full 14 days — don't uninstall during that time.

  5. Open the app a few times a week and actually try things — add a home and a couple of rooms, photograph an appliance, record a defect with a photo, make a backup and restore it. It's in 19 languages; try yours.

  6. Reply with any feedback at all — one sentence is enough. What confused you, what didn't work, what you'd want added. Every comment helps: I have to show Google real feedback and what I changed because of it.

There is code you need to enter under Settings --> Subscriptions --> Google Play reviewer access, down below. The code is: HP-6582-28B4-95C2-0D98-E01F-1120

Hi,

If you're getting ready to publish on Google Play, you've probably run into the closed testing requirement: 12 testers, 14 days, before your app can go live. That's the one thing we do at ontest.app — professionally, start to finish.

Here's what you get:

Live within hours — your app is installed on all 12 devices the same day, no waiting, no chasing testers
Real devices, not emulators — Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, A34, A50, M14, M34, Galaxy Tab Active Pro, OnePlus 11 5G, Xiaomi Redmi 14C & 15C and more
Android 11 → 16 coverage — budget to flagship, phones and tablet
Different locations, different IPs — each device on its own network, mixing Wi-Fi and mobile data
Daily active testing — a test specialist (not a bot, not a random) uses your app at least 4–5 minutes every single day
Full transparency — live activity logs and daily screenshots, you watch the whole process yourself
3-day refund — not for you? Full refund, no questions asked

Take a one-minute look at ontest.app whenever suits you — no pressure at all. Good luck with your launch either way!

Best,
Turgay
