I wanted to update my whereabouts and what I am doing. 

Settled down in Gurgaon after shuttling between USA (Durham, New Jersey and seattle) and hyderabad.  Sohna Road to be precise, within a km of AWHO (Shispal Vihar). 

Professionally, after a lot of functions, companies etc I am in 2 lines of business. 

1. Real Estate consulting. Within a year, have gone from a rookie to faculty for National Institute of Real Estate management and lots others, basically teaching those who have been in the industry since donkey's years. My little bit to help 'professionalize' the industry. 

I look after the client need (asset/wealth management) as opposed to brokers who sell developers products. Thankfully, I am able to utilize my Duke MBA (cost me 60L) to provide value investments depending on investment/end use objectives. Funny thing is that I am being able to help out a lot of people who have made investments during the 'BOOM' in which everyone is over leveraged now. 

2. I consult prospective MBA candidates who wish to apply only for top Bschools. More importantly, with my brothers at arms, I feel good that I am able to help a lot of people trying to make the switch to civvy street and have no clue about it. Here again, have been able to help out lot of bretheren an funny side is that lot of them did not even require an MBA but were doing it because of 'bhed chaal'.
