Well, I have been asked to submit a record of each one of you to decide WHAT colour to give you!

And you are thinking "COLOUR? WHAT THE HELL IS SHE SAYING"!

On a serious note, I am going to call each one of you tomorrow, and ask a set o questions.

Your answers will be noted and your TL will approve if they are true. According to your answers, work would be assigned to you all in future.

SInce NONE of you turned up at the LC forum, I am going to moderate the tasks assigned to you, which means, that if I see a person performing consistently, then he/she would be less pressurized and easily would be the "GREEN MARK". I update your profile regularly and give you a 

> RED MARK - FOR NOT WORKING

>YELLOW MARK - for average

> GREEN - for working 

Ayushi has been regularly been giving your updates, and I know what colour to assign you all, Shivani knows too.

Some are red, some are yellow.

But, your performance, if till MONDAY, improves, We would re-evaluate.

Please keep in mind that we have a Department meet on MONDAY.
