Dear AIESEC DU,

We have been known for the kind of experiences we deliver to not just to our stakeholders but to our members as well. They have been and will always be our foremost priority. Hence to make your experience more efficient and to certify them, you all have to fill the following form:

OBJECTIVES of this form:

1) Registration for membership continuation

2) Detailed information about the experiences/positions held till now for CERTIFICATION (# Certain criteria will be followed for certification- HR Policy)

This form will act as your registration for membership in AIESEC DU for the 1st membership cycle in 2013 lasting for 3 months i.e for the months of January, February and March. Upon filling "YES" in the question regarding continuation of membership, you agree to abide by the AIESEC Code of Ethics, AIESEC India Compendium and the AIESEC DU, HR Policy. It would also mean that you agree to the clause, that non performance in the term will lead to termination of membership and no past experience being certified.

DISCLAIMER: All the members are supposed to fill this form (GB/MB/SB). Failing to do so will lead to no certification of experience and termination of membership after completion of this term. 

(This form will not take more than 10 minutes to fill, so please fill it before the deadline as extension will be highly discouraged)
