Wassup ?
Okay .. So let me be very honest today . I don't think we hold a good position in the department and GCDP fails to recognize us as a team that would take the project to another dimension . I don't blame you for this but I believe I'm somewhere responsible . May be the induction wasn't conducted properly or you people are losing interest in working for the organisation .
Considering the fact that you have internals , attendance is low and so on and so forth , its highly disappointing to know that even 15 calls were not covered in 7 days .
At the time of recruitment , all of you all sounded promising . You all assured us to work with 100 percent dedication .
Let me make you aware of the situation
.
ET LEAD's performance is NULL .
We haven't even fixed a single appointment whereas new recruits from other teams have atleast 1 meeting experience each and most of them are capable enough to handle the appointments on their own .
It may not affect me but would hinder your development as a person and you may not get the best out of AIESEC .
Also , you all are aware how closely we keep a track of your performance . Failing to achieve the targets would not give you full membership status and may lead to termination . I'm very sorry to use such terms but I feel you all should know the consequences .
So , I have come up with a solution . I'll assign weekly targets to you all .
Saturday , 7pm . I must get a report from each one of you , stating that the work has been accomplished . I'll give you a week's time to complete it . It will be entirely on you how you manage your schedule and take out time for AIESEC .
Since hardly two days are left for this week to get over .
I want each member to fix two appointments for the next week .
Use your convincing powers , persuade the principal to give 30 minutes out of his/her busy schedule .
Be smart enough to present your project extravagantly .
And most importantly , BELIEVE in what you sell .
If your database is exhausted , look for more schools . Google them . You'll get ample schools . You can never run out of them in Delhi .
If you were asked to drop a proposal , call back and fix the meeting .
I have to sort it within 2 days and I WILL NOT exceed the deadlines for anyone, under any circumstances .
If you are not free day after , do it today .
I'm sure you all are smart enough to carry out your duties well .
And yes , no reminders from now on .
Failing to achieve the targets will cost you a cup of coffee with SHIVANI .
Also , after reading this mail , I would like you to mail me back with a commitment note that you would be fulfilling your targets duly on time , without fail . :)
I completely understand that it may pressurize you a little since you all have semester exams approaching next month . But its all about how committed you are , and how well you live upto your promises .
This mail has no intention to warn you , or threaten you , but just to give you a clear picture of the crisis we are facing .
Hope to work in co-ordination with you all .
Thank you
Good night .
Hope to wake up with the inspiration to be the best team ever . Let's DU it . :D

I hope everybody realizes that this mail requires you all to send a personal mail to Ayushi citing your commitments.
Please do so :-)

Hmmm........I haven't ever written such kind of thing but I have to coz I need to. 1st of all, I would like to apologize for not living up to the expectations of my team for whatsoever reason I had. 2ndly, I commit myself to take my work serious, complete it on time and make my team prosper. Looking forward to be a good team member and an AIESECER.
