it was working yesterday, now I have 2 Brother printers/scanner, different model that I try to scan and upload the scan on dropbox and it fail. Does dropbox have server down or any upgrades happen in last 24-48h???

I resolved this issue with my Brother MFC-L3710CW unit by logging into the machine and changing the TLS setting to 1.1/1.2. (192.168.... in web browser). It works with Dropbox Brother app now. It's always work for the MS OneDrive Brother app. You will need your units password to login to the administrator side of the Brother unit. Find it on the rear of the unit by the power cord input. Hope this helps!

Is this using a funciton that's built-in to the scanner? If so, you'll need to reach out to Brother for assistance. Brother would have created their own connection to Dropbox using the Dropbox API, and only Brother would be able to support that.

Suddenly, scan to web into Dropbox didn't work anymore. Connection Error 03 on the display as soon as the scan usually is uploaded to Dropbox. Multiple MFC printers in different networks have the same issue. No network or printer setting was changed.

On one device I created a new Dropbox connection resulted in the same error at the end.

I'm having the exact same issue. Discovered it first last night, an hour or so before @hemzet wrote his last message here. Connection Error 03 saving to Dropbox, no settings changed. Using a Brother DCP-9020CDW. Internet says it's because of proxy settings, but all other features works just fine, including printing via wifi.

The Dec Scanner roof moisture meter detects and measures leaks within the roofing structure. Featuring three ranges of sensitivity and with a maximum depth penetration of 6" (152mm), the Dec Scanner enables the inspection of a variety of roof membranes and insulation thicknesses.

The Dec Scanner detects and evaluates the moisture conditions within roofing systems by non-destructively measuring the electrical impedance. A low frequency electronic signal is generated, transmitted into the material under test via one of the two electrodes incorporated in the rubber electrode mat, and received by the second electrode. The strength of this signal varies in proportion to the amount of moisture in the material under test. The Dec Scanner determines the strength of the current and converts this to a comparative moisture content value. By moving the Dec Scanner across a roof surface in a regular pattern, a continuous reading is obtained, and areas that contain moisture can be readily identified.

Moisture detection testing can be done at the time of installation for warranty auditing and quality control, as part of an ongoing maintenance program, or prior to re-roofing or repair of damaged roofs. The Dec Scanner is a durable but lightweight instrument that is easily transported to the roof surface. Having determined a known acceptably dry area, one of three sensitivity ranges is selected, and the Dec Scanner is ready to use. Without causing any damage to the roof surface, the Dec Scanner is moved over the tested area. The Dec Scanner gives continuous moisture condition readings, from which a moisture map of the surface can be drawn up, and leaks traced to their source.

The Dec Scanner has an integrated and adjustable calibration ability allowing for precise comparative readings. There are 3 Ranges, and they should be selected as best suits the surface under test, for example:

Range 2 - Most suitable for multi-ply built-up and modified systems, mineral surfaced felts, and other smooth or gravel surfaces where insulation is less wet and moisture is below the surface.

The Roof Master Kit is the complete kit for the roofing professional, allowing for continuous and point-of-contact, non-destructive surveying of moisture conditions in roofing and waterproofing systems up to 6 inches in depth, as well as non-destructive measurement of moisture conditions in concrete decks, wood decks and ambient relative humidity & dew-point conditions.

The Concrete Moisture Encounter X5 (CMEX5), is The Digital Multi Moisture Meter for Concrete designed and built by Tramex Meters for the specific needs of many industries including the Flooring, Water Damage Restoration, Inspection, Surveying and Indoor Air Quality industries. Bluetooth connection allows for continual development and integration of apps and reporting to accompanying IOS & Android App.

The Roofing Inspector Kit allows for point-of-contact, non-destructive checking of moisture conditions in roofing and waterproofing systems up to approximately 10cm (4") in depth with the RWS Roof & Wall Scanner. The kit also allows for non-destructive measurement of moisture conditions in concrete decks and pin readings in wood decks and roofing materials, relative humidity readings, and ambient and dew point conditions using the Tramex CMEX5 digital moisture meter and probes.

Emails and calls to Cannon technical support have not helped. After two rounds of the typical "reinstall...", they sent some patch, which did not help. This seems to be a known problem in user reports and the Cannon support staff, but no solutions.

It works until the next reboot. I keep the Services app pinned to my task bar with Name sorted in reverse order so I can quickly get to the WIA service. I have uninstalled/reinstalled with the latest drivers and software and nothing else works for me.

Is the scanner connected directly to a USB port on the laptop or motherboard? Since you have already investigated the software route, have you tried replacing the cable and testing on a different port?

Desktop, usb via hub. I don't see how it is hardware, since it works fine always after reboot for a day+, and then fails. I can try moving the connection after a failure, but hardware wouldn't give that symptom i don;t think.

Hi Guthrie. I see that you are getting a TWAIN driver error (80FF0001) when you try to use your imageFORMULA R40 and you have installed the patch we sent you. If you did not reach out to us after installing the patch, please call us at 1-800-652-2666, Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. ET (excluding holidays). If you have already contacted us, we recommend that you check with your computer's manufacturer. We have seen that security programs may interfere with the TWAIN driver, so if you have any running, you can contact the company that makes that software.
