Hi everybody,

I have a few updates for everybody so heres a summary
1. Location
2. attire
3. tasks because I need help

1. I spoke with linda today and she informed me that she moved us to EBU 2 479 with no explanation. Im a little peeved but she told me that there is a projector in the room so it should be OK.

2. Its business day so we are going to dress businessy too. Ill call this "Nice Business Casual" - Which means shirts, ties, pants, and shoes for guys. And a nice blouse with a skirt or pants for girls (you don't have to wear nice shoes, I know those are a pain to walk in)

3. There are a few things that need to be done.

a. I need someone to pick up some snacks for the day of - I will be paying try not to go over 10.
b. I need someone to meet priyank in the parking lot and escort our guests to EBU 479
c. I need someone to pick up a key from Linda McKamey on Wednesday before 3:30 - she is in the MAE student affairs office.

Can anyone volunteer for these tasks?

Thanks guys,

Ryan and team, nice work organizing the event and all the hard work in preparing great presentations!

Just wanted to let everyone know that business attire part is totally based on your choice and ESW's philosophy. I and our panel of judges will not expect you to dress up in business attire. So it is all up to you what you feel comfortable with.

We will be having COO, VP, technologists, and entreprenuer among our judges.

I am looking forward to learn from you about market, businesses, growth, driving forces, regulations etc.

Best wishes,
Priyank
