Hello,

First of all, I would like to thank you for generating the nice tool to visualize data.
I would like to use the estimation plot to demonstrate that there are 3 biological repeats and each repeats done in technical triplicate (so N=9) in each treatment (T1 to T4). To show that, I think having 3 different colors to demonstrate the repeats in each treatment will help. Currently, each treatment has 1 assigned color (please see attached image for your reference)
Could you please suggest if there is a way to apply different colors for subgroups in each column?

Hi Phuong,
I don't think there is any way to use the web app for subgroups, so you would need to install Anaconda (or R) and the relevant package.

Technical replicates should be dealt with in a different way (ideally a multi-level model), but unfortunately we haven't been able to add this as a feature to DABEST yet.
