Thank you for making your very valuable plotting tool available to the community. I’ve tried the on-line version and obtained plots and the statistical measures. I’ve also downloaded and installed the Matlab version of Dabest and am able to obtain the plots; however, it is not very easy to obtain all the statistical measures from Matlab. Is there a command line that will output the means, stdevs, etc. in a table? Thanks.

Hi Paul,

Thanks for reaching out. Currently, there isn't a command that would write the numbers into a table, but we will add this function to the package soon. Meanwhile, if you want to contribute to the code, you can also open a GitHub pull request (contributing to DABEST).

Hi Paul,

DABEST-Matlab has just been updated! Now, statistical measures (mean, CIs, N) are returned as a table object, which you can write to files (https://www.mathworks.com/help/matlab/ref/writetable.html).

Don't forget to install the updated version from our GitHub page.

Thanks
Tayfun
