I am an undergraduate student studying biology, and I have some difficulties with statistics.
Please kindly understand even though my question is naive.

I would like to use estimation instead of a significant test for my research. I have a bunch of data that I should analyze using two-way anova.
I searched for a suitable estimation plot in this link, http://www.estimationstats.com/#/background, but I couldn't find one.

Is there any estimation plot that I can use instead of using two-way anova and posthoc tests?

Thank you.

Hi Ijoon,

There isn't currently a way to do this, it's something on our wishlist.

Here is an example of what it would look like. For a 2x2, you could plot two comparison plots side by side, and, ideally, plot the ∆∆ curve below them.

best,
Adam
