Are you performing a paired analysis? If so, the error message is accurate: both test and control groups must have the same number of observations. If you have missing values, that set of paired observations must be discarded.

This is no paired analysis. We have two groups (control and test) but with unequal group size.But now I managed to obtain graphs.
