As a member of Team Estes, your ideas help shape our future. To everyone who has shared their feedback through the Employee Engagement survey, thank you for helping us continue to improve. Because it’s so important that everyone have a chance to participate, we’re extending the deadline to September 18.
HOW DO I PARTICIPATE?
If you haven't yet taken the survey, please click the button below and enter your employee ID number as the password. (You can take the survey on a computer or smart phone.)
WHAT HAPPENS WITH MY SUBMISSION?
All submissions are kept completely confidential. Spring International, a third party, will process the survey results and provide summaries to Estes. Action plans will be created for the company and for your department/location based on the results of the survey. It's important that everyone's perspective be reflected in the results to make sure we're focusing on what's most important to our team.
