I am pleased to announce version 2.8.1 of
Open EstEID Install package for MacOS X.

What's new?

1. Signing should work in SEB and Nordea online banks for Firefox
users. Unfortunately Safari still does not work in these websites
unless You feel lucky and install the unstable Java PKCS#11 bridge.

2. There is a new SK leakingplugin emulation mode (the leaks were not
implemented though).

Please try it out and give us feedback.

Tried signing with FF in Nordea online bank and can confirm that it
works.

I would not call the (IAIK) PKCS#11 bridge as unstable, especially on
Mac OS X, where Java version and availability is quite statically OK.
Specific implementations using the bridge might be troublesome, but
not the bridge.

Problem (Snow Leopard) ans 2.8.1 : when login to bank, windov appears
what asks to input KEYCHAIN ACCESS password. I tried to to this many
times, no login. Then noticed my ID-card is blocked because of 3 times
trying wrong PIN1 code. Then my son told me that I have to input PIN1,
not my KEYCHAIN PASSWORD - what is natural if using ID card, but I was
stupid enough to do what asked. I wasted lot of time to resolve this
problem!
Then I took off ID card block by PUK and tried and all works fine with
Crome and Safari.

Is there way to change this window by me or developers have to make
this? It is clear that this popup window have to ask input PIN1 .

AFAIK it is not possible to change the appearance of default PIN1
prompts in MacOSX :( But maybe someone more familiar with Mac
development can clarify.

Albeit You could help other people by taking a screenshot of this
awkward window so it can be added to the documentation wiki.
