ANNOUNCEMENT: esteid-browser-plugin 1.3.1 released

Hello,

I am pleased to announce version 1.3.1 of esteid-browser-plugin.

esteid-browser-plugin is cross-browser plugin exposing Estonian eID
card's digital signing functions in JavaScript. Digital signing is a
common operation on Estonian electronic bank sites. To protect privacy,
the plugin only allows access for web sites in an editable whitelist.

esteid-browser-plugin 1.3.1 (2011-10-10)
========================================

This release brings many nice translation updates, most notably a new
Russian translation, thanks to Vladimir Levijev. There are no actual
code changes compared to 1.3.0, but we have the usual bi-monthly bump
to Mozilla browser compatibility versions.

Translation updates:
- Estonian (Sander Lepik)
- Russian (Vladimir Levijev)

Mozilla extension:
- Firefox 10, Thunderbird 10, SeaMonkey 2.7 compatibility
