Rick,

There is a considerable amount of trash in the retention pond. I
noticed it when I walked by there on Saturaday. This is not an
exceptable image during the Holidays for thise who live along the
area. If possible could we get the landscapers to come out
immediately, otherwise let's consider withholding any further payment.
