Dear Father,

It is better to display a banner in the Book launch event with partners logos or only with ECS logo.

Please print the book title as

"Public Service Delivery of Local Government Authorities and Plantation Community in Sri Lanka"

We should give priority to local politicians to this event those who have direct link with this problem.
