Dear Ramesh, Yoga and Irfan and all

I am sure all of us are excited about the book launch. Which has come so close and in just another 03days time it will be a successful event completed by the ECS. Therefore advance thanks to all of you. We met at the NSDF on the 18th and the Ushers team is ready now.

I am attaching a check list for your perusal please.

Some of the matters for your thoughts please.

1. Dear Ramesh... how about the transportation of the books. Yoga.. i thought you agreed to bring it on Friday. Irfan too is willing if the books are ready by Thursday.

IMPORTANT: Ramesh we need the books at the prince hall by 22nd 3:00PM the LATEST

2. I understand that Mr. Jeyaweera will transport Mr. Pradeepa. What about Dr. Chanrabose? I think he is coming on his own.

3. Thanks to Mr. Jeyaweea, JUDE, Benajamin and Sasi for the support towards the media/Chief guest/Dr.Chandrabose. Please bring the money on the 23rd with your organization's vouchers.

4. Ramesh hope you have worked out the stall (book sale: setting and persons to be in charge)

5. Please help us with your invitees /VIPS/Special guests etc.,....(We must be able to identify) on that day we will mark all VIP chairs in Red color and they will get a red color programme sheet, special guests will be marked butter color and a butter color programme sheet.

6. Please ADD if there anything else

I things are going. From our side we have done our best. Mr. Rajadurai MP and Yogarajan MP will cm to the event. Also almost all the local government representatives will come including 5 provincial council members.

multimedia
extention code wires
paper ribbon to bind the special copies of the book
Banner (we have prepared)
seating arrangements for media people
Are we giving agenda to participants?
