Lets decide a convenient date in January that all of us can be present.

Further to our previous meeting in December, we decided that each year an organization takes over as the convener of the ECS. Therefore we will like to have a volunteer for 2014.

The whole of the week starting from 13th, I am not in the region.


Taking into consideration that Ramesh has to leave the 4th week, may I
please request you all to come to a decision and conduct the meeting even
in my absence.  Please note that WVL will fund the dissemination session as
per MoU.  I am sure PWG will let us use their facilities even on another
date.
