Dear ESSWE member,
In 2016, we launched the Sponsorship Programme for Independent Scholarly Initiatives, a modest funding scheme to help small-scale, independent projects get off the ground. We helped
two projects with some funds this year (the Trans-States conference, and the open-access journal
Correspondences), from a total of five applications.
It is a pleasure to announce that we are now accepting applications for the 2017 bid. Please find more information about the requirements, procedure, and budget frame of the grant
on the ESSWE website, or
in the attached pdf document. We hope that you will help us spread this news to anyone who might be interested in a little bit of funding in order to pull off a project that fits our call.
