Technical Consultant-Presales:
Basic Skills:
• Good understanding of GIS technology, Smallworld product
architecture and telecom product suits.
• 6-8 years of experience in Pre sale technical support.
• Experience in solution presentation and product demonstration.
• Experience in preparing Technical Proposals and responding to RFP
• Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills.

Desired Skills:
• Good understanding of network inventory and its application in
Telco.
• Exposure to other technology like ESRI & Intergraph.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Pre-Sales Technical Consultant is primarily responsible for
providing technical consultancy and support for pre-sales activities.
• Required to assess customer’s business problem and recommend
appropriate solutions.
• Should be able to respond on technical inquiries and requests.
• Handling solution presentation and product demonstrations.
• Preparation of technical responses for the bid.
• Performs on-site and off-site pre sales consultancy in accordance
with customer requirements.

Exp: 7-10yrs
