Candidates should have experience developing secure batch and online applications, optimizing DB2 queries/stored procedures, managing complex JCL streams, CICS transaction processing, performance tuning, debugging using tools like Xpeditor, InterTest, and File-AID, and integrating mainframe applications with modern APIs through z/OS Connect or MQ Series.

2️⃣ Functional Testing UAT PM/Lead – Austin, TX (Hybrid | 2 Positions)
Seeking Functional Testing UAT PM/Leads with 8–10+ years of experience in Manual Testing, QA, and UAT execution. Strong expertise in Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End Testing, SDLC, JIRA/Azure DevOps, Test Case Management, and Defect Tracking is required. Candidates should have experience designing test cases, managing UAT cycles, validating web-based applications, supporting e-commerce/contact center platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. Hybrid role (3 days/week onsite).

3️⃣ Portfolio / Project Manager – Collegeville, PA (3 Positions)
Seeking Portfolio/Project Managers with 6+ years of experience in project coordination and delivery. Candidates should have exposure to Agile/SAFe methodologies, project tracking tools (ADO/Jira), stakeholder management, risk & dependency tracking, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership support skills are required. Experience supporting strategic initiatives, PI Planning, process improvements, and leadership communications is highly preferred.

4️⃣ Lead Performance Engineer / Architect – Austin, TX / Sunnyvale, CA
Seeking Lead Performance Engineers/Architects with 12+ years of experience in Performance Engineering. Strong expertise in Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, Gatling, DataDog, Dynatrace, API Performance Testing, Automation Frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Candidates should have experience designing performance strategies, executing load/stress/endurance testing, testing microservices and Next.js applications, analyzing bottlenecks, monitoring system metrics, and optimizing enterprise/cloud applications.
