Skills:
Project Management Expertise:
Hands-on experience managing large-scale performance testing projects.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Performance Testing Knowledge:
Understanding of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and metrics.
Familiarity with tools like LoadRunner, JMeter, Gatling, etc.
Ability to identify and mitigate risks in performance testing projects.
Stakeholder Management:
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including application owners, developers, and senior leadership.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage expectations and requirements.
