Seeking Salesforce Business Analysts with 8–10 years of experience in product migration, business analysis, requirements gathering, and Agile delivery. Strong experience with current/target-state analysis, gap analysis, user stories, acceptance criteria, migration strategies, roadmaps, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities is required. Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Rev Cloud/Billing, SaaS migration, Product Lifecycle Management, and stakeholder management is preferred. Cloud Architecture experience is a plus.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX/PureCloud, Genesys Engage, or comparable CCaaS platforms. Strong expertise in requirements gathering, user stories, process mapping, workshop facilitation, UAT, IVR call flows, routing strategies, customer journeys, reporting, and analytics is required. Experience with Agile/Scrum, SIT/UAT, production readiness, and stakeholder management is essential. Salesforce, ServiceNow, CRM integrations, BFSI, CTI, and Workforce Management experience is preferred.

Seeking Senior Technical Project Managers with 8–10 years of experience and strong expertise in managing complex technology programs. Candidates must have deep knowledge of Agile and Jira, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse client and consulting teams. Strong technical understanding of conceptual architecture, disparate technology stacks, CRIMS (V22R1+ preferred), APIs, messaging, data formats, Bloomberg integration, and external custodian integrations is required. Knowledge of asset classes, trading/order management, ABOR/IBOR, trade date vs. settlement date, Asset Management, Portfolio Construction, Client Account Setup, Trading, and Rebalancing is highly desirable.
