option to reload on each request in development mode

Hello, I'd quite like to set things up so all my code is reloaded on each request in development mode (similar to rails) - any pointers to how to do this?

i'm using rerun for development.

it is reloading app only when some file(s) updated.

using it for quite long time without a issue.

as of files reloading, Espresso does not support it.

not sure it does worth.
