Espresso Updates:

• added evented_stream and chunked_stream helpers
• added styled_halt helper
• added on_boot helper that allow to execute a block just before application starts
• view_path_proxy renamed into explicit_view_path

Enginery Updates:

• default layout for ERB, ERubis, Haml and Slim engines
  
• added delete command that allow to delete any generated units
• auto-update DataMapper model file when migrations performed up / down
  
• keep migration tracks in database so it is usable on environments with readonly filesystem, like Heroku
