Regarding Final Thesis Defense schedule for the 069 and 070 Batch of MSESPM Program

Dear all the Final Year Thesis Defense for all the masters program has been scheduled from 17-29 Margh 2072 (31 Jan to 12 Feb 2016). As such those who have already attended the mid term thesis defense should registered the examination form and should submit the final thesis report to the coordinator by 12 Margh 2072 (26 Jan 2016) along with the response to the comments received during your mid term thesis defense, proof of the publication and approval letter from your supervisor (see the attachment).

There will be an orientation for the appearance to the final thesis defense for the ESPM students at 11:00 am on 13 Margh 2071 (27 Jan 2016) in CES hall. It is mandatory for all the students who are going to attend the final thesis defense during 17-29 Margh 2072 (31 Jan to 12 Feb 2016). 

The final date of thesis defense will be published later on.

Dear Saroj,

As per the decision of the examination review committee, as there will be allocation of the mark for the mid term thesis progress defense, those who have not appeared in the mid term thesis defense earlier will not be allowed to appear for the final thesis defense in the month of Margh 2072. Instead there will be mid term thesis defense in between Margh  and Chaitra 2072 for the final thesis defense in the month of Baisakh 2073.
