Notice for mid-term thesis defense of 070 and 069 Batch MSESPM students

Dear MSESPM students,

The mid term thesis defense for the 070 Batch and 069 Batch (who have not attend yet or asked to repeat) of MSESPM is scheduled to be held on 2072/5/28 (14 September 2015), Monday at Conference Hall of Department of Mechanical Engineering, Central Campus, IOE.

Do meet with your Supervisor asap and get the approval from him/her (Fill the approval form available at Administration of the department). 

You are strictly required to submit the progress report to the administration chief (Mr. Santosh) of DoME  by 2072/5/25 (11 September 2015), Friday.

Failure to present in the progress exam will automatically disqualify for attending in the Final Defense Exam to be held on 2071 Kartik 11-22 (28 October - 8 November 2015).

You have to prepare the manuscript of the article based on your thesis research (at least present in the IOE Graduate Conference 2015) for being eligible for the Final Thesis Defense.
