Dear Sirs,

We thank you for taking the time to shortlist the entries for Round 1. As we are running on a tight schedule, we'd appreciate it very much if you could send in the shortlisted entries by Oct 29th, ie tomorrow evening latest. This is so that we could stick to the time proposed to deliver results. Also we have a group mentoring session on the Nov 1st and these teams have to be called up and prepared for that. We'd be highly thankful if you could help meet the deadline.

 

The main objective is for the 2 in the group is to arrive at a consensus with the shortlisting. So you can work it out the way they are comfortable (either collaborate online/offline) and send us the final list which the both of you agree on. The maximum cap set is 10 - however you can select more than that , say around 12 if you find the plans good or lesser , otherwise. So ideally between 8-12.
