Hi Sir,
          These were some of the general questions asked sir,

1.     Tell us what do you expect from your B-Plan?
2.     How do we design our Funding Details?
3.      Do you shortlist based on their personal information of the candidates (like one in marketing, one in Finance)?
4.      What is Plan –B or the Contingency Plan?

Other questions were very specific to their particular B-plan.

•       Introduction of the speaker

Pointers on the session

•   The group mentoring session had 10 - 12 participants.
•   We did hear noises due to several external factors (disturbance)
•   All the attendees were requested to mute their phones during the call.
•   Only a few groups interacted well with the speaker.
•   The questions were addressed well to the respective teams.

We thank Mr.Chandu Nair once again. It sure was a great session for all of us attended the session .
