· Job Title : Managed File Transfer (MFT) Admin
· Location : Westborough, MA
· Duration : 6 – 12 Months (on extendable basis)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Skills Required
o Senior level File Transfer Engineer responsible for implementing complex integration needs around File Transfer technologies to accomplish technical and strategic objectives.
o Responsible for the planning, administration, and migration of existing SFTP/MFT solution to GoAnywhere MFT.
o Capabilities include installation and on-going administration. Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debugging of programs for software enhancements and new products.
o Day-to-day focus is on resolution of complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
o Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
o 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting and administrating enterprise File Transfer environments
o Multiple Installations of middleware products on-premises and in AWS
o Installation of related tools, support packages, scripts, etc.
o Verification of installation and configuration
o Setup Monitoring and alerting
o MFT migration experience
o Production support Activities, troubleshooting, High Availability & Disaster Recovery
o Support application testing requirements including, but not limited to:
§ POC development and testing support
§ Testing with internal applications
§ Testing with External Partners
§ Component Failure and Disaster Recovery testing
§ Performance and Stress testing
§ Support of Migration tests, Dress Rehearsals
o Good working knowledge of Managed File Transfer concepts and issues and various file transfer protocols (FTPs, SFTP, etc.)
o Good working knowledge of Linux and Windows server Operating Systems.
o Good understanding of batch jobs.
o Good Linux shell (KSH, Bash, ..) programming / scripting skills
o Good understanding of security fundamentals
o Good understanding of automation issues and experience with automation solutions
o Good communication skills to be able to deal with management, development teams, systems administrators, third-party support teams, etc.
o Strong analytical problem-solving skills for both IT side & jobs scheduling issues
o Ability to take ownership

JOB DESCRIPTION
Skills Required
· Experience in managing Managed File Transfer jobs.
· Configure new SFTP jobs, Troubleshoot and enable job automation.
· Setting up Internal and external users/SSP in GoAnywhere (preffered) or MoveIT/AxWay/Bitvise/ServU, Restricting access, assigning folders, setting notifications etc.
· Migrating jobs from MoveIT/Bitvise/ServU/AxWay to GoAnywhere
· Review logs for user activity, jobs in GoAnywhere
· Experience with SFTP, FTP, FTPS, AS1,AS2,AS3, HTTPS protocols (building and troubleshooting)
· Good understanding of DMZ networks and setting up connections with partners.
· Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, peers, partners and leaders
· Write technical documentation as well as understand functional documentation such as business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
· Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for process improvement efforts driving security, efficiency, and effectiveness of our batch file transfer programs
· Ensure the successful technical operations of the enterprise Managed File Transfer platforms notably leading level one and level two production support efforts
· Good understanding of pgp encryption and ssh keys
