HR Lead Role
The Role will work with HCM implementation team as a key HR Lead with direct engagement with the HR stakeholders. Provide rational behind HCM Cloud/SaaS out of the box guiding principles, global process standardizations, HR transformation objectives and recommend leading practices. Demonstrate Fortive Oracle HCM solution proposed and gather feedback from HR stakeholders and capture additional local country data requirements Demonstrate Oracle HCM Cloud system knowledge across user personas such as Employee and Manager Direct Access, HR Manager and Administrator, and HR Executive delivered capabilities and potential use of new features such as Design Studio and automated defaulting for personalization and Fortive business rule enforcement. Assist with Oracle HCM configurations, data mappings for conversion support, and composing additional data requirements across HR stakeholders and countries. Work with HCM to prepare for User Testing and results tracking and issue resolution, assist with change management and learning team to develop User training materials. Assist with planning and produce training materials such as FAQs, standard operating procedures, short instructional video’s, instructor lead materials, and possible HCM configuration of contextual self-help content.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Understand reporting implications for cross functional solution dependencies across all HCM modules (Core, Performance, Compensation)
· Develop lean spec documents for reports, analysis and dashboards
· Build and customize data models
· Proactively collaborate with payroll teams on payroll data drivers and identify consolidated reporting opportunities
· Create custom reports and analysis from scratch as well as utilizing “out of the box” items where possible or as a jump off for customization.
· Build report catalog for Oracle HCM cloud for end users
· Internalize customer insights to drive future state HCM innovation
· Collaborate on training development and delivery
· Champion and lead a consumer-grade customer experience, using customer insights to identify and exceed customer needs
