Here is the RC apk of Espier Launcher V3.2.3:

This version optimized the re-start process of the launcher. Please see whether it still lags when it was killed by the system LowerMemoryKiller.

This version also fixed the duplicated AppHub folders and Mobile Portal icons. Please help to check this.
