With an early start, spring appears irregular in Argentina. While initially Tucumán and the north seemed very auspicious, it was only in mid-September when beekeepers were able to start making nucleus and there is still no honey. All the nucleus and production of royal cells was done with syrup when in other seasons they have already been done with honey in suppers.
After three years of drought, it is expected that this year the rainfall contribution will be closer to normal values and will not be delayed so much in order to have a more extended floral curve or several consecutive contributions that allow better development of the hive and greater honey production.

UNA PRIMAVERA IRREGULAR
Con un arranque temprano, la primavera se presenta irregular en la Argentina. Mientras inicialmente Tucumán y el norte parecían muy auspiciosos finalmente recién a mediados de septiembre se ha podido empezar a hacer núcleos y aún no hay miel. Toda la nucleada y producción de celdas reales se hizo a fuerza de jarabe cuando en otras temporadas se han hecho ya con miel en un alza superior.
Después de tres años de sequía se espera que este año el aporte de lluvias esté más próximo a los valores normales y que no se retrase tanto para poder tener una curva floral más extendida o varios y consecutivos aportes que permitan un mejor desarrollo de la colmena y una mayor producción de miel.
