EL BOOMERANG DE LAS SANCIONES ANTIDUMPING
(Espacio Apícola - 30 de marzo de 2024) El precio de la miel de Argentina no deja de caer en los Estados Unidos. El reciente reporte del Departamento de Agricultura de ese país rectifica la información faltante en el reporte del mes pasado y revela significativos datos del precio pagado por la miel de Argentina, la de otros países proveedores y la de los mismos apicultores estadounidenses.
Claramente la miel "orgánica" de Brasil y Uruguay aparentemente certificada por una misma empresa alemana genera sospechas; no la podrían vender en Europa por problemas de calidad, algunos exportadores brasileños reconocen procesar la miel con sistemas de... ESPERANDO UNA RESOLUCION PRELIMINAR PARA JUNIO 2024
(Espacio Apícola - el 28 de marzo de 2024 Actualizada sobre INDIA el 29/3 ) Según las normas del Departamento de Comercio de los Estados Unidos (DOC) el pasado 1º de marzo, éste debió expedirse con los Resultados Preliminares de la Primera Revisión Administrativa de la orden de aranceles antidumping practicada entre noviembre de 2021 y mayo de 2023. Acorde a la misma normativa y ante la imposibilidad de cumplir con ese plazo, el DOC recurrió al plazo máximo permitido, postergando la publicación de los Resultados Preliminares para el 28 de junio próximo. (según el memorandum publicado por el DOC con el Barcode: 4507919-01, del 13 de febrero de 2024).

THE BOOMERANG OF ANTI-DUMPING SANCTIONS
(Espacio Apícola, April 1st, 2024) The price of Argentine honey in the US continues to fall. The recent report of the USDA rectifies the missing information of the previous and reveals significant data on the price paid for Argentine honey, that of other supplier countries and that of the American beekeepers themselves also.

WAITING FOR PRELIMINARY RESULTS OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW BY JUNE 2024
(Espacio Apícola, March 30th, 2024) According to the regulations of the United States Department of Commerce (DOC), on March 1st, this should have been issued the Preliminary Results of the First Administrative Review of the antidumping tariff order carried out between November 2021 and May 2023. According to the same regulations and given the impossibility of complying with that deadline, the DOC resorted to the maximum period allowed, postponing the publication of the Preliminary Results until next June 28.
