Hello,

This may be an obvious fact to someone, but it just occurred to me that
include/queue.h from ("non-OS") esp8266 SDK is (Free)BSD header with
the license and attribution header removed:
https://svnweb.freebsd.org/base/head/sys/sys/queue.h?view=markup

Hi Paul,

Thanks for pointing this out! This is in the RTOS SDK and therefore esp-open-rtos as well, so I just pushed a commit to re-add the header:

https://github.com/SuperHouse/esp-open-rtos/commit/587c867d4bac6e49155b918f3c8c46f9a62e594b
