Hello, i found the following errors into /var/log/messages, i checked my raid controller and all seems be ok

what does it mean ?

Sounds like some kind of error with that block device. Are there are a
lot of messages in there like that, or just this one? You could
double-check with the vendor of your RAID controller to be sure, but
probably safe if it was a one-time occurrence.
