If you're using ZFS, sounds like something is wrong with that.

Seems like this file system can't be found using the LABEL value.
What's the fstab entry look like?

There should be more output, but I'd suspect if you have a file system
that isn't present, and a virtual disk file referenced in your SCST
config, then it unloads SCST if it fails to load the config.
