USB Not Booting

Looking for some help. I had an ESOS bootable USB, was an old version but worked ok. When trying to create a bootable USB for 4.3.5 it fails to boot. I've tried 3 different USB drives and they all fail to boot, even the one that was working with a previous version.

I'm using install.vbs on a Windows 11 laptop which competes successfully with no errors. Also tried belenaetcher to flash the drive with the .img which boots but errors with unknown filesystem.

Any ideas?

Quick update to this. I tried using the install.vbs to create a bootable USB drive using versions 1.3.9, 2.1.5 & 3.0.14 and all of them boot fine but 4.0.1 and 4.3.5 both fail so I'm guessing this has been an issue since 4.

Is there another way I can create it to get 4.3.5 working?

Your hardware is most likely not supported by the kernel. What are you trying to run it on?

Its an ASUS 90SB0520-M0UAY0 Motherboard, Intel XEON E3-1240 3.7 GHz processor with 4 cores/8 threads, 16 GB RAM 2400 MHz

Yeah, it turns out there is a bug in the 'install.vbs' script where
when we moved to a .tar.bz2 image file in the package, it doesn't
untar it in that script. I added an test script in one of the GitHub
issues for the reporter to test but I haven't heard back yet. Give it
a try if you like and let me know if it's good to go.
