xvda is in use and contins unknown file system

I am trying to create ZFS and Zpool.

While executing below command , I am getting error:

zpool create -f alluxio mirror /dev/xvda /dev/xvdb

xvda is in use and contains a unknown file system.

Any suggestion or help to solve this issue.
