SORRY – I didn’t see your response to the first question – so, to summarize, you want both walls to be demised

Sorry your email makes zero sense…. Zero… please re-read what you wrote.

Let me breakdown your email

  1. Joe told me that you discussed with him demising the wall between the break room

OK got it -makes sense

  1. but

here we go with the start of the confusion

  1. your response below says

My response below provided 2 different answers to 2 different questions

This is confusion setting in

  1. to demise the wall between the break room and the admin office.

If you read just this part it  makes sense.  Yes I agree I  wrote “ Please make the wall between the breakroom and warehouse admin 107 demising”

But then entire sentence makes no sense.

What is the question?

Hi Jim – Joe told me that you discussed with him demising the wall between the break room and Conference Room but your response below says to demise the wall between the break room and the admin office.  Are we doing both or just the admin office per your email below?

Sorry you have not received a response.

See below for the final guidance  - close out this RFI.

The new walls in conference room 104 are demising, however, the current wall between conference room 104 and breakroom 106 is

not. Should the existing wall be made to be demising?

Response:  JIMR -  YES – the wall between the conf rm and breakroom needs to be demising.

Further, the existing walls in warehouse admin 107 are demising with a single layer of drywall, yet the wall between breakroom 106

and this area is not. Please advise if it is necessary for that wall to also be demising.

Response:  JIMR -   Please make the wall between the breakroom and warehouse admin 107 demising.
