Invitation to Extraordinary National Platform and National Training Tryavna 2017

Dear members of ESN Bulgaria,
The National Board of ESN Bulgaria would like to invite you to the Extraordinary National Platform and National Training which are going to take place on 18-19.11.2017 in Tryavna.
We present to your attention some important documents:
1. Agenda of the Extraordinary National Platform;
2. Statutes of ESN Bulgaria;
3. Template for ppt presentations;
4. Voice delegation (letter of attorney) - in case you cannot attend the National Platform you can give voice delegation to another active member of ESN Bulgaria who can represent you and vote on your behalf. This is very important so that we have higher quorum of the National Platform. You can provide specific instructions how you want to vote. An active member of ESN Bulgaria can represent maximum two other active members through voice delegation. If you have any questions regarding the voice delegation please write to us.
5. Membership application - people who become members of ESN Bulgaria for the first time need to fulfill and bring membership application. We remind you that the membership fee is 20BGN per half-year and 10BGN for new members.
6. Voting rules - please read them carefully

We would like to inform you that as no applications for the vacant NB and Support 2017/2018 positions were received the open call is extended until 15.11.2017 at 23:59.
For the National Training you can propose to deliver small sessions, workshops or/and hold a presentation here no later than 15.11.2017 at 23:59. In the last column of the table you can write something that you want to learn about ESN and we will be happy to share our knowledge with you.

We would like to remind you that for the National Training in Tryavna you can propose to deliver small sessions, workshops or/and hold a presentation here no later than 15.11.2017 at 23:59. In the last column of the table you can write something that you want to learn about ESN and we will be happy to share our knowledge with you.
We would like to remind you also that you can apply for the vacant NB and Support positions 2017/2018 until 15.11.2017 at 23:59. The vacant positions are Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary for NB and Web Project Administrator and Partnership Manager for Support. Below you can find a link to descriptions of the functions of every position. They are in Bulgarian but brief translation in English can be provided on request.
