Dear софиянци, We, from ESN Sofia team, are reopening the ESN Sofia Team Open Call! 🤩 We're proud of the work we've done for our Erasmus students this semester and want to give the opportunity to anyone who wants to continue being part of ESN Sofia for the next academic year. If you’re looking for a way to engage with ESN on a deeper level, and are interested in making the life of Erasmus students in Sofia better through events, take this as a sign to submit your application! 😎

We’re looking for 4 active members of a section in Sofia to join the team from September 2023 until July 2024 (1 year full mandate). These volunteers will work with the National Board & Support and sections in Sofia, filling the following positions:
Partnership Coordinator: this volunteer will be focused on developing and maintaining good relations with venues and other partners in Sofia;
HR Coordinator: this volunteer will coordinate other volunteers by sharing information in a timely manner, distributing tasks, etc.
Communication Coordinator: this volunteer is in charge of content creation and ESN Sofia’s social media channels.
Financial Coordinator: this volunteer handles income and expenses and creates a budget.

The newly-elected team has to pass a mandatory onboarding before they are elected in September.

Deadline: Friday 23.06.2023, 25.59h
All candidates that have submitted an application within the aforementioned deadline need to present their candidacy and be voted during the Local Platform of Sofia on 25th June, 2023. We will share a Facebook event for the Local platform very soon but for now you can also register for the Local platform here if haven't done it yet.
It is highly advisable that candidacies are written in English.
