[ESN Sofia] Open Call 2023/2024

Dear Sofia volunteers,
As you might’ve read in the email title, we’re opening the ESN Sofia Team Open Call! 🤩 If you’re looking for a way to engage with ESN on a deeper level, and are interested in making the life of Erasmus students in Sofia better through events, take this as a sign to submit your application! 😎
We’re looking for 4 active members of a section in Sofia to join the team from September 2023 until July 2024. These volunteers will work with the National Board & Support and sections in Sofia, filling the following positions:
Partnership Coordinator: this volunteer will be focused on developing and maintaining good relations with venues and other partners in Sofia;
HR Coordinator: this volunteer will coordinate other volunteers by sharing information in a timely manner, distributing tasks, etc.
Communication Coordinator: this volunteer is in charge of content creation and ESN Sofia’s social media channels.
Financial Coordinator: this volunteer handles income and expenses and creates a budget.

Experience in coordinating events (both internal and external for the organization) is considered an advantage.
The newly-elected team has to pass a mandatory onboarding at the end of August - beginning of September.
