Dear colleagues,

I installed ESME on a server behind a proxy server with
authentication...the starting page shows up, but entering an openid-ID
forwards to the login page.
The log tells me:

INFO - Starting discovery on URL identifier: <URL>
INFO - Yadis discovery failed on <URL>, status: 4, error message: I/O
transport error:
INFO - No OpenID service endpoints discovered through Yadis;
attempting HTML discovery...

I setup the proxy parameters with Tomcat (with -d settings), but I
cannot check whether this works.

Could anybody tell me how a log should ideally look like, as I did not
see anything regarding Yadis yet...which kind of discovery (html or
yadis) is supposed to work regularly?

Kind regards,

Daniel

Are there more log entries?

Are you using an external or internal openID provider.

Hi Daniel,

In the deployed WAR file structure, you will find a "resources" folder
containing some xxx.props files. What you need to do is to copy
sapservicec71.props and name the new file as either userid.props or
hostname.props, where userid is the name of the user running Tomcat
and hostname is the name of the server you are running on. ESME will
then look in this file to get the proxy server definitions.

Hope this helps,
Darren
