To the answer of one of the 6 questions about lies: how to detect lies
If you look at someone's gestures and get the habit of doing it then it will be easy to read their face movements, and get used to the common reactions or body movements they would usually do but don't do it if they are lying .
Getting to know someone not only by what they like or do, but how they contract their face muscles when they smell something good  or unpleasant is a way to decipher if they are lying , since their sudden reflex to answer is usually by  lifting up the eyebrows but instead they  frown them then you notice that there is something wrong with how commonly they would react. The same thing is with what they say but do. if there  is not parallel in their words and actions then you could start getting clues to find out lies.
Their body says a lot too, hence, if is stressed or uncomfortable, but if their mood is  incongruous to their actions then there is something wrong in that scene. For example, if they say they are happy when their face is sad or they walk slouched when is not usual  then they are saying the opposite of what they say ;that is a lie.
By learning to read friends' gestures and postures well, gives you the ability to figure out if they are lying to you and not only people  you may know with time but first time introduced persons as well.
