Clean Blast Services Inc has been providing quality services for the oil, gas, and cargo transportation industries in Texas and the surrounding states for more than 40 years. Founded in 1985 in East Texas, Clean Blast originally provided surface preparation and coating services throughout the area.
Today, Clean Blast Services Inc is the leader in passivation processing of railcars and steel tanks. Our rail passivation shop is located in Longview, Texas; however, our passivation services are provided via mobile equipment units set up at your location.
Clean Blast Services Inc is a privately held company incorporated in 2004 in the state of Texas. Our facilities are fully equipped and staffed with qualified technicians to perform repairs and fabricate custom components. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau.

CleanBlast,LLC is the leader in ultra high pressure (UHP) water blasting, abrasive blasting, sponge blasting, soda blasting, painting, equipment rental and rigging servicing the Gulf of Mexico Region.
The owners and key management have over 200 years cumulative experience in the blasting and painting industry within the Gulf of Mexico. We also have experience with voyage repair transits from South Korea, Trinidad, Singapore into the Gulf of Mexico and riding outbound to Trinidad, Liberia, Egypt and Brazil.
We have a very dedicated and motivated workforce of over 200 field personnel. Each employee goes through extensive training in safety, rigging and job related functions. As a result, CleanBlast has one of the best safety records in the business: TRIR < 1/200k man hours. Our Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Program is SEMS Compliant.
Also regarding HSE, CleanBlast has been an active participant in ISNetworld for several years and is rated very high for all customers. In addition, CleanBlast is an active and 100% compliant member of both DISA (non-DOT) and DOT Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs.
As part of our DOT pipeline skills training program, CleanBlast, LLC is an active member of Veriforce and NCCER Operator Qualifications. Each pool consists of over 60 employees. We are members of SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) and several of our employees are NACE certified.
Our model for success includes on-going support from the home office including Operations Management, Health, Safety & Environment, Human Resources, Procurement and Finance. Everyone focuses on completing the agreed upon deliverables on time and within budget.

The ten men below represent the second graduating class from the Skills Training Center and have joined the CleanBlast family. The gentleman on the right is Bobby Savoie, Lead Instructor. These men have undergone 11 consecutive days of offshore orientation, and classroom and hands-on skills training at the CleanBlast facility in Mowata, LA. They come from Louisiana and Texas and are ready to work!
Derrick Picard roped his way into the final round of the 2014 Acadiana API Team Roping event then became Overall Champion Header taking home the saddle! He is also sporting a Belt Buckle representing his First Place finish in the 2nd Rotation. Congratulations!

Every new hire employee goes through extensive training in operating procedures, safe work practices, emergency response and control, and Orientation Program for personnel going offshore for the first time. These safety modules are taught by our NCCER Qualified Instructor.
