Dear all,

Thanks all for joinnig the group with the intention of developing the
ESIT.

One of the most important things you can do for the Trust, at this
moment, is to participate actively in this group. Everyone can see not
more than 5-6 members are actively involved, which is absolutely not
appreciable for the Trust's development. I understand, that almost
everyone of us is very busy, but still spending 30 min of the day on
this group is certainly possible for most of us. I think it becomes
our responsibility to keep posting their views about the different
issues raised in this group by some of us, and also if you have
anything new to say, please create a new thread and start the
discussion.

I again request all to please show your participation and understand
the problems coming in the process of Trust's development. No one (I
am talking about those 5-6 active members) can spend too much time on
this.... but still they understand the importance of the group and
remain actively involved. But if many of us, if not all, can play
small roles, then those 5-6 members will remain motivated to continue
their active involvement.

Thanks again everyone,

Suresh
