Pranam,
Many of you might have met Umaji and rameshji or interacted with them during KBRE and other calls. They were active in Houston for 4-5 years and then went to Nigeria last year due to job. There also, umaji is active thru shakha and keeps contributing on a regular basis.
regards

Subject: sad news.....
Pranam Umaji,
Very sorry to hear the sad news of demise of your father. But it is good that you all were with him during his last days till last moment.
I personally never got a chance to meet with him but your samskar and determination gives the glimpse of how great a swayamsevak he would have been.
We all pray Shri Bhagwan for sadgati of the departed soul. Following the great samskar and values is the best shraddhanjali that one can offer to him. Kindly convey to your mother and other family members, condolences of all sangh bandhus and parivar from here…..
regards
I regret to inform you that my father Sri Puranam Laxminarayana ji passed away on 25th jan 10 at 9.15 am. He was recovering perfectly well and was supposed to be discharged on that day. But God proposed otherwise and he got a massive cardiac arrest and did not suffer at all. My mother and I were present right there including the doctor. Ramesh and kids rushed immediately to Bharath to assist us. Today, Sangh and Bharateeya Vidya Kendram arranged a Shraddhanjali karyakram that was very well attended and more than 20 people spoke on different aspects of my father.
We are slowly trying to recover from the pain and shock and I request you all to keep us in your prayers.
