The Career Center and Alumni Affairs is seeking student members to help plan
and implement the 5th Annual Duke Career Week. Career Week is a week-long
event that will include workshops and special events. We expect over 200
alumni to return to Duke as presenters. Faculty and administrators will
also be involved. Duke Career Week will take place early in the spring
semester 2008. It will provide students with an incredible opportunity to
explore many career interests and gain valuable information.
The position will begin Fall 2007 and the start date is late-August. The
time commitment for this program will be on average 10hrs/wk. During busy
times (3 weeks prior to the event in late January or early February) we
anticipate an increase in hours to as much as 20 hours/wk. Pay is $8.00 per
hour.
